Due to some last minute prevarication from the buyer of my property, I suddenly found myself in a situation whereby letting my property rather than selling it became the most sensible option, and that decision has turned out be financially very successful. Highly recommended, great service

My husband and I rented a property in Windsor with Marshalls for just over 4 years, and we found all of their staff to be professional, polite, and responsive. They were very prompt at resolving any issues that cropped up in our long let, and made property checks, boiler services etc. super easy to organise. When it came to leaving the property, they were very flexible with dates and the notice period, and more than fair in terms of the final inventory and deposit. Plus they recommended services in the local area, such as cleaners and chimney sweeps, who did an excellent job. We would highly recommend them. Thanks to the whole team for making our tenancy really easy, and always being friendly and communicative throughout, but a special mention must go to Carla for all of her help.

Marshalls look after my flat wonderfully, extremely efficient and things are sorted without me really having to do much. They also go that extra mile by sorting out any stray post which arrives at my flat which shouldn't!
